Employees at any organizational level can report suspected illegal, 不道德的, 或者其他不恰当的行为, or actions that may not comply with the department’s Internal Control Plan (ICP) or policies and statutes (this may be a referral to another 状态 entity’s hotline).

There are several specific 状态wide hotlines available to both the public and employees that are anonymous and are staffed by individuals trained in receiving such information:

Office of the Inspector General (800) 322-1323 to report suspected fraud, 政府中的浪费或滥用.

Office of the Attorney General—Fair Labor 帮助line (617) 727-3465 to report violations of minimum wage and overtime laws and requirement for timely payment of wages.

Division of Unemployment Assistance (800) 354-9927 to report unreported wages or persons collecting benefits while working.
